Objective

By the end of this lesson, Tommy will have a better understanding of the history of the game "Among Us," including its creation, how it became popular, and the names and characteristics of its characters. He will also engage in fun activities that reinforce his learning.

Materials and Prep

  • Paper
  • Colored pencils or crayons
  • Pencil
  • Access to a computer or tablet (optional for research)

Before the lesson, it’s helpful to have a brief understanding of the game "Among Us," its gameplay, and its characters. Familiarize yourself with the main characters: Crewmates and Impostors.

Activities

  • Character Drawing: Tommy will choose his favorite character from "Among Us" and draw it. He can use colored pencils to make it vibrant and fun!
  • Tommy can research the character's role in the game and add fun facts around the drawing.

  • History Timeline: Create a simple timeline of the game's history. Tommy can write down key events, such as when the game was released and when it became popular.
  • This activity will help him visualize the timeline of "Among Us" and understand its growth in popularity.

  • Character Role-Play: Tommy can choose a character and role-play as them. He can create a short skit explaining what that character does in the game.
  • This will encourage creativity and help him understand the different roles within the game.
