Objective

By the end of this lesson, the student will understand how typhoons develop, the role of warm ocean waters, and how landmasses can influence their paths and intensity.     The student will draw a map showing the typical paths of typhoons and how they are affected by landmasses. They can use different colors to indicate land and water and label important features.

  • Discussion and Reflection:
