Objective

Activities

Healthy Plate Creation
The student will draw a plate and divide it into sections to represent different food groups. They will research and write down examples of healthy foods for each group.

Exercise Circuit
Set up a mini exercise circuit that includes jumping jacks, squats, and stretches. The student will perform each exercise for 1 minute, followed by a 30-second rest, repeating the circuit three times.
