Preschool Grade Talking Points

  • "Space is a place that is very far away from Earth. It is full of stars, planets, and even astronauts!"
  • "Today, we are going to imagine and write our own space stories. We can create our own planets and characters!"
  • "What kind of planet would you like to write about? Would it be big or small? Would it have aliens or friendly animals?"
  • "Let's think about what happens in our space story. Is there an adventure? Do the characters go on a mission?"
  • "Now, let's write our space story using words and sentences. If you need help, I am here to assist you."
  • "After we finish writing, we can draw pictures to show what our space story looks like. We can use colors and stickers to make it even more fun!"
  • "Finally, we will share our stories with each other. You can tell me or someone else what your story is about. We can celebrate our creativity!"
