Activities
- Introduce the concept of continents by showing the student a world map or globe. Explain that continents are large land masses that are surrounded by water.
- Ask the student to identify and label the seven continents on the map or globe. Provide guidance if needed.
- Have the student color each continent with a different color to make them visually distinct.
- Play a game of "Guess the Continent" where you describe a continent's characteristics and the student tries to guess which one it is.
- Review the continents together and ask the student to point out each continent on the map or globe.
