Activity: Story Starter
Choose a story starter from the list below or create your own:

Write a short story using the chosen story starter as your beginning. Remember to include a clear beginning, middle, and end in your story.

Activity: Descriptive Writing
Choose an object in your surroundings. It could be a favorite toy, a household item, or something found in nature. Write a detailed description of the object, using adjectives and sensory words to bring it to life. Try to paint a vivid picture in the reader's mind.

Choose five words from a book, magazine, or any written material you have at home. Look up their meanings in a dictionary if needed.
