Activities
- Warm-up: Start by doing some stretching exercises to prepare your body and mind for the art activity. Stretch your arms, legs, and neck gently.
- Research: Look up images or videos of different martial arts poses or movements. Take note of the body positions, stances, and expressions.
- Artwork Creation: Using the reference images as inspiration, create your own martial arts-inspired artwork on the plain white paper. You can use pencils or markers to draw the figures and background. Be creative and add your own personal style to it.
- Reflect and Share: Once you have completed your artwork, take a moment to reflect on your creation. What do you like about it? How does it make you feel? Share your artwork and thoughts with a family member or friend.
