Activities
- Start by looking at the cover of the book or text about snow. Talk about what you see on the cover and make predictions about what the text might be about.
- Read the text together, taking turns reading aloud. Pay attention to any new words or interesting facts about snow.
- After reading, discuss the text and ask questions to check comprehension. Encourage the student to answer in complete sentences.
- Have the student write a short summary of what they learned about snow. Encourage them to use descriptive words and complete sentences.
