Warm-up
Start by stretching and warming up the body. Perform simple stretches like reaching for the sky, touching toes, and twisting side to side.

Play different styles of music and encourage the student to explore different movements. Ask them to demonstrate movements like jumping, spinning, hopping, and twirling.

Create a Dance Routine
Guide the student in creating a simple dance routine using the movements they explored. Start with a basic sequence of movements and repeat it a few times. Encourage them to add their own variations and style.

Once the routine is created, have the student perform it for others. This can be done in front of family members or even recorded for future viewing.
