Objective
By the end of this lesson, you will be able to help the shape fish swim to the shape aquariums.
Materials and Prep
- Shape fish cutouts (circle, square, triangle, etc.)
- Shape aquarium cutouts (circle, square, triangle, etc.)
- Scissors
- Glue
Activities

Introduce the concept of shapes to the student. Show them different shape fish cutouts and explain what shape each fish represents.

Place the shape aquarium cutouts on a flat surface. Scatter the shape fish cutouts around the room.

Ask the student to identify a shape fish and find the matching shape aquarium for it. Once they find the correct match, instruct them to cut out the fish and glue it into the corresponding aquarium.

Continue the activity until all the shape fish have been successfully placed in their respective shape aquariums.
