Nature Scavenger Hunt:
Explore the outdoor space and create a list of natural items to find, such as different types of leaves, flowers, rocks, or animal tracks. Once the list is ready, start the scavenger hunt and encourage the student to engage in physical activity while searching for the items.

Nature Yoga:
Find a peaceful spot in nature and guide the student through a series of yoga poses inspired by elements of nature. For example, Tree Pose, Mountain Pose, or Butterfly Pose. Emphasize the connection between body movement and the natural world.

Animal Movement Mimicry:
Observe different animals in their natural habitats and encourage the student to imitate their movements. For example, hopping like a rabbit, crawling like a turtle, or flying like a bird. This activity combines physical activity with an appreciation for the diversity of nature.
