Activities
- Read Dinosaur Books: Start by reading aloud age-appropriate dinosaur books to the toddler. Encourage them to observe the pictures and ask questions about the dinosaurs.
- Dinosaur Identification: Show the toddler different dinosaur toys or figurines. Help them identify and name each dinosaur. Discuss their characteristics and what they might have looked like.
- Dinosaur Art: Provide the toddler with construction paper, markers or crayons, scissors, and glue. Ask them to draw and cut out their favorite dinosaur. Then, help them glue it onto another piece of paper to create a dinosaur scene.
- Dinosaur Reading: Choose a simple dinosaur-related story or poem to read together. Read it aloud to the toddler and encourage them to follow along. Ask questions about the story to check comprehension.
