Activities
- Introduce the concept of dinosaurs by showing the toddler different dinosaur picture flashcards. Talk about their sizes, shapes, and colors.
- Ask the toddler to choose their favorite dinosaur and help them draw its outline on a piece of construction paper. Cut it out together.
- Using markers or crayons, have the toddler color their dinosaur cutout and decorate it however they like.
- Help the toddler glue their dinosaur cutout onto another piece of construction paper to create a dinosaur collage.
- Encourage the toddler to share their dinosaur collage with a family member or friend, explaining what they have learned about dinosaurs.
