Activities

Introduce the letter sounds:
- Show the letter flashcards to the student one by one.
- Ask the student to repeat the sound of each letter after you.
- Repeat this process until the student can correctly identify and pronounce all the letter sounds.

Practice letter sounds:
- Write a few letters on the whiteboard or paper.
- Ask the student to say the sound of each letter.
- Encourage the student to practice writing the letters as well.

Play a phonics game:
- Choose a few letters and ask the student to find objects around the house that start with those sounds.
- Have the student share their findings and say the sound of each object.
