Activities

  1. Start by discussing the importance of the skeletal system and its role in supporting our bodies and protecting our organs.
  2. Using the reference materials or online resources, identify and label the major bones in the human body on a piece of white construction paper.
  3. Cut out the labeled bones and arrange them on a separate sheet of construction paper to create a model of a skeleton.
  4. Glue the bones in place once you are satisfied with the arrangement.
  5. Use markers or colored pencils to add details and color to your skeleton model.
  6. Take a moment to observe and discuss the different bones and their functions.
