Play some lively music and encourage your child to dance and move around like different fruits and vegetables. For example, they can wiggle like a cucumber or jump like a strawberry. - Fruit and Vegetable Collage (15 minutes)
Provide your child with colorful construction paper, markers or crayons, scissors, and glue. Ask them to choose their favorite fruits and vegetables and draw and cut out their shapes from the construction paper. They can then glue the cutouts onto a larger piece of paper to create a collage. - Singing Fruits and Vegetables (10 minutes)
Sing a simple song about fruits and vegetables together. You can make up your own lyrics or use a familiar tune like "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" and replace the words with names of different fruits and vegetables.
