Warm-Up: Imagine you are swimming in the ocean. Move your arms and legs as if you are swimming. Feel the water around you and the waves gently pushing you. Swim for 3 minutes.

Sea Animal Exercise: Choose a sea animal like a dolphin, turtle, or crab. Pretend to move like that animal for 2 minutes. Be creative and have fun!

Underwater Obstacle Course: Create an imaginary obstacle course in the ocean. Jump over waves, dive under imaginary coral reefs, and swim around schools of fish. Complete the course twice.

Cool-Down: Imagine you are lying on the beach, feeling the warm sand beneath you. Stretch your body gently for 2 minutes, reaching for the sky and touching your toes.
