Activities
Mindful Coloring: Set a timer for 10 minutes and have the student engage in mindful coloring. Encourage them to focus on their breathing and the colors they are using.
Emotion Drawing: Ask the student to draw different facial expressions that represent various emotions. Discuss each emotion and how they can recognize and manage it.
Emotion Charades: Act out different emotions and have the student guess what emotion is being portrayed. Discuss strategies for managing each emotion.
