Activities

1. Food Group Drawing: Draw and label different food items into their respective food groups (e.g., fruits, vegetables, grains, protein, and dairy).

2. Healthy Plate Creation: Create a drawing of a healthy plate, including the right portions of different food groups.

3. Food Choice Reflection: Write about a time when you made a healthy food choice and how it made you feel.
