Materials and Prep
Materials: Franklin the Turtle books (or online stories), paper, crayons or markers.
Prep: Familiarize yourself with Franklin the Turtle stories and prepare a few discussion questions.
Activities
1. Read a Franklin the Turtle story together and discuss the main characters and themes.
2. Draw a picture of Franklin and his friends, and talk about what they like to do.
3. Act out a short scene from a Franklin the Turtle story, taking turns playing different characters.
