Activities
1. Food Sorting Game: Show the toddler pictures of different foods and ask them to sort them into "healthy" and "unhealthy" categories.
2. Drawing and Naming: Have the toddler draw their favorite healthy food and then ask them to name it.
3. Snack Time: Demonstrate how to prepare a simple healthy snack, such as a fruit salad, and discuss its nutritional benefits.
