Objective

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to create a visual art piece inspired by Puerto Rico's culture and environment.

Materials and Prep

Materials: Paper, crayons or colored pencils

Prep: Research and gather images of Puerto Rico's landmarks, nature, and traditional art for inspiration.

Activities

1. Look at the images of Puerto Rico and discuss what you see. Talk about the colors, shapes, and patterns.

2. Choose one aspect of Puerto Rico that you find interesting and draw it on the paper using the crayons or colored pencils.

3. Add details and colors to make your artwork vibrant and expressive of the culture and environment of Puerto Rico.
