Objective
By the end of this lesson, you will be able to understand and apply basic statistical concepts using data related to Dennis the Menace.

Activities

Watch an episode of Dennis the Menace and keep track of how many times certain events occur. For example, count how many times Dennis gets into trouble or how many times he makes someone laugh.

Create a tally chart based on the data collected from watching the episode. Use tally marks to keep track of the occurrences.

Convert the tally chart into a frequency table by counting the number of tallies for each event. Record the frequencies in a table format.

Use the frequency table to create a bar graph or a pictograph to visually represent the data. Make sure to label the axes and give your graph a title.

Analyze the graph and answer questions related to the data. For example, which event happened the most? Which event happened the least? Are there any events that occurred the same number of times?
