Activities
1. Warm-up Tag: Have the student and family members play a game of tag to warm up their bodies and get their hearts pumping. 2. Obstacle Course: Create a simple obstacle course using natural elements like trees, rocks, or sticks. Have the student navigate through the course, promoting agility and coordination. 3. Nature Scavenger Hunt: Encourage the student to explore the outdoor environment and find items such as leaves, flowers, or rocks. This promotes observation and exploration skills.
