Third Grade Talking Points
- Physical activity makes our bodies strong and healthy. You can say, "When we play outside and move our bodies, it helps make our muscles and bones strong."
- Playing games with friends is fun and helps us learn to work together. You can say, "When we play games like tag or Red Light, Green Light, we learn to take turns and follow the rules."
- Being active outside is good for our minds too. You can say, "When we play outside, it can make us feel happy and less stressed. It's good for our brains!"
