Activities
1. Nature Scavenger Hunt: Take a walk in nature and find items such as leaves, rocks, and flowers. Encourage the child to move, bend, and reach as they search for these items.
2. Animal Movement Imitation: Observe the movements of animals in nature and imitate them. For example, hopping like a bunny or stretching like a cat.
3. Outdoor Yoga: Practice simple yoga poses inspired by nature, such as tree pose or butterfly pose.
