Objective
By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to understand the concept of deconstruction in physical education and demonstrate basic movements related to deconstruction.
Materials and Prep
Materials: None
Prep: Clear a space for physical activities and ensure the student is dressed in comfortable clothing.
Activities
1. Warm-up: Start with a fun dance party to get the body moving and ready for action.
2. Deconstruction Obstacle Course: Set up a simple obstacle course using household items and have the student navigate through it using different movements such as crawling, jumping, and balancing.
3. Freeze Dance: Play music and have the student move freely. When the music stops, they have to freeze in a deconstructed pose.
