Activities

- Basic Martial Arts Movements: Teach and practice basic martial arts movements such as punches, kicks, and blocks. Demonstrate each movement and have the student follow along.
- Balance Exercises: Incorporate balance exercises into the lesson, such as standing on one leg or walking on a straight line. Emphasize the importance of balance in martial arts.
- Coordination Drills: Engage the student in coordination drills, such as hopping on one foot while clapping their hands. This will help improve their overall coordination skills.
- Cool-down: End the lesson with a cool-down routine, including gentle stretches and deep breathing exercises.
