By the end of this lesson, you will be able to understand the biological concepts behind superpowers and how they relate to real-world biology.

Activities

  1. Research Superhero Powers:

    Using the internet, research different superhero powers and make a list of at least five powers that interest you.

  2. Biology Behind Superpowers:

    Choose one of the powers from your list and research how it could be explained by biology. Write a short paragraph explaining the biological basis for that power.

  3. Create a Superhero:

    Using your knowledge of biology, create your own superhero with a unique power. Write a description of your superhero and explain the biological basis for their power.

  4. Present Your Superhero:

    Present your superhero to the class, explaining their power and the biology behind it. Be creative and use visual aids if possible.
