Activities

  1. Activity: Sentence Structure Sort

    Instructions: Write down five sentences related to the Roman Empire. Cut each sentence into individual words. Mix up the words and ask the student to rearrange them in the correct sentence structure. Discuss any grammar rules related to sentence structure that arise during the activity.

  2. Activity: Verb Tense Practice

    Instructions: Provide the student with a list of verbs related to the Roman Empire. Ask them to write a sentence for each verb using the correct verb tense. Encourage them to be creative and use their knowledge of the Roman Empire to make the sentences interesting.
