Activities

  • Activity 1: Goal Setting - Think about your short-term and long-term goals. Write them down and discuss why they are important to you.
  • Activity 2: Time Management - Create a daily schedule or routine, including time for schoolwork, chores, hobbies, and relaxation. Stick to the schedule for a day and reflect on how it helped you stay organized.
  • Activity 3: Decision Making - Choose a real-life scenario and write down the pros and cons of different options. Make a decision and explain your reasoning.
  • Activity 4: Communication Skills - Practice active listening and effective speaking by having a conversation with a family member or friend. Reflect on how good communication enhances relationships.
  • Activity 5: Problem Solving - Identify a problem you face regularly and brainstorm possible solutions. Choose one solution to implement and evaluate its effectiveness.
