Objective

The objective of this lesson is to teach the student how to build a house in Minecraft using only in-game materials. By the end of the lesson, the student will be able to construct a functional and aesthetically pleasing house in the virtual world.

  • Begin constructing the house based on the blueprint.

    Teach the student how to place blocks, create walls, floors, roofs, and add windows and doors.

  • Add interior and exterior details to the house.

    Encourage the student to personalize the house by adding furniture, decorations, and landscaping elements.

  • Test the functionality of the house.

    Guide the student to ensure that the house is functional, with proper lighting, room divisions, and accessibility.

  • Showcase the finished house to family or friends.

    Encourage the student to share their creation and explain the design choices they made.
