Activities

  • Activity 1: My Healthy Plate

  • Activity 2: Exercise Challenge
Set a timer for 10 minutes and challenge yourself to do as many jumping jacks, squats, or any other physical activity as you can within that time. Keep track of your progress and try to beat your record each time you do this activity.
  • Activity 3: Healthy Snack Preparation
Choose a healthy snack recipe (e.g., fruit salad, yogurt parfait) and prepare it with the help of an adult. Discuss the benefits of eating nutritious snacks and how they can give us energy.
