- Printed pictures of different body parts
- Printed pictures of healthy food and junk food
Prior knowledge required: Basic understanding of body parts and healthy eating.
Activities

Draw and label your body
Have the student draw an outline of their body on a piece of paper. Encourage them to label different body parts such as head, arms, legs, etc. This will help them become familiar with their body and its different parts.

Sort healthy and junk food
Show the student pictures of different types of food and ask them to categorize them into healthy and junk food. Discuss why certain foods are healthier than others and how they can make better choices for their body.

Create a healthy meal plan
Provide the student with a blank meal plan template and have them plan out a day of healthy meals and snacks. Encourage them to include a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Discuss the importance of balanced nutrition.
