Objective

By the end of this lesson, the student will have a better understanding of the Great Pyramids of Egypt, including their construction, purpose, and historical significance.

Before starting the lesson, the student should have a basic understanding of ancient Egypt and its civilization.

Activities

  • Research and Report: Have the student conduct online research on the Great Pyramids of Egypt and create a report summarizing their findings. They can include information on the construction techniques, the purpose of the pyramids, and any interesting facts they discover.
  • Virtual Tour: Using online resources or virtual reality experiences, the student can take a virtual tour of the Great Pyramids. They can explore the interior of the pyramids, the surrounding areas, and learn about the different chambers and passages within.
