Activities

  • Activity 1: Engineering Math Puzzles

    Challenge yourself with some engineering-themed math puzzles. Solve the problems by using addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division. For example, if you have 5 resistors and each resistor has a resistance of 10 ohms, what is the total resistance when they are connected in series?

  • Activity 2: Electrical Circuit Calculations

    Create a simple electrical circuit using batteries and light bulbs. Calculate the total voltage and current in the circuit. Use the formulas V = I * R and P = V * I to solve the problems. For instance, if the voltage of the battery is 4 volts and the resistance of the light bulb is 2 ohms, what is the current flowing through the circuit?

  • Activity 3: Measurement and Conversion

    Measure the length, width, and height of different objects in your house. Calculate the volume and surface area of the objects using the appropriate formulas. For example, if you have a rectangular box with a length of 10 cm, width of 5 cm, and height of 3 cm, what is the volume of the box?
