Objective

By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to compare and contrast the Theory of Evolution by Charles Darwin and the Theory of Creationism.

Activities

  • Activity 1: Research

    Encourage the student to research and gather information about Charles Darwin and his Theory of Evolution, as well as the Theory of Creationism. They can use books, reliable websites, or other resources to collect information.

  • Activity 2: Venn Diagram

    Ask the student to create a Venn diagram to compare and contrast the main ideas and beliefs of the Theory of Evolution and the Theory of Creationism. They can use paper and pen or any available drawing software.

  • Activity 3: Debate

    Organize a friendly debate where the student can present arguments supporting each theory. Encourage critical thinking and respectful discussion.
