Activities
- Jumping Jacks: Start by standing straight with your feet together and arms at your sides. Jump up and spread your feet wide while raising your arms above your head. Then, jump back to the starting position. Repeat this for 10 times.
- Animal Walks: Pretend to be different animals and move around like them. You can crawl like a bear, hop like a bunny, or walk like a crab. Try doing each animal walk for 1 minute.
- Balloon Volleyball: Blow up a balloon and use your hands or any body part except your feet to keep the balloon in the air. Play with a partner or try to beat your own record for how long you can keep the balloon up.
- Yoga Poses: Learn and practice some simple yoga poses like the tree pose, cat-cow stretch, or downward-facing dog. Hold each pose for 10-15 seconds.
