Activities

  1. Research and create a personal well-being plan. Think about different aspects of health, such as physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Write down specific goals and strategies to achieve them.

  2. Engage in a physical activity of your choice for at least 30 minutes. It could be dancing, jogging, cycling, or any other activity you enjoy. Take note of how it makes you feel physically and mentally.

  3. Practice mindfulness or meditation for 10 minutes. Find a quiet space, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Notice any thoughts or sensations that arise without judgment.

  4. Prepare a healthy snack or meal using fresh ingredients. Research nutritious recipes and try to incorporate a variety of food groups. Take note of the flavors and textures of the food you prepare.

  5. Write a gratitude journal entry. Reflect on three things you are grateful for today. It can be as simple as a beautiful sunset or a kind gesture from someone.
