Materials and Prep

Activities

  • Activity 1: Warm-up Drawing

    Start by drawing simple shapes like circles, squares, and triangles. Combine these shapes to create your own unique monster body shapes. Experiment with different sizes and arrangements of the shapes.

  • Activity 2: Adding Details

    Once you have your basic monster shapes, start adding details like eyes, mouths, horns, and claws. Be creative and have fun with your designs! Remember, monsters can have any number of eyes or limbs, and they can look as silly or scary as you want.

  • Activity 3: Coloring (Optional)

    If you want to add some color to your monsters, use your coloring materials to bring them to life. Experiment with different color combinations and patterns. Remember, there are no right or wrong choices when it comes to coloring your monsters.

  • Monsters can be anything you imagine! They can have funny shapes, silly faces, or scary features.
