Activities
- Introduction to Arctic Animals: Show the printed pictures of different arctic animals to the student. Discuss their names, characteristics, and habitats. Encourage the student to ask questions and share any prior knowledge they may have.
- Arctic Animal Coloring: Provide the student with white paper and coloring materials. Let them choose an arctic animal to color. While coloring, discuss the colors and features of the chosen animal.
- Exploring with a Magnifying Glass: Give the student a magnifying glass and let them explore the printed pictures of arctic animals up close. Encourage them to observe the details, such as fur, feathers, or scales, and share their discoveries.
- Animal Comparisons: Ask the student to choose two different arctic animals and compare their characteristics. Discuss similarities and differences, such as size, color, or body parts.
