-
Role-Playing
Choose a familiar scenario, such as going to the grocery store or playing in the park. Take turns pretending to be different characters and engage in conversations. Encourage the student to use appropriate language and interpersonal conventions.
-
Show and Tell
Ask the student to choose an object from their surroundings and describe it to you. They can use words, gestures, or drawings to convey their ideas. Encourage them to extend their descriptions and elaborate on why the object is special to them.
