Activities
Activity 1: Role Play - Pretend to be a bully and have your child practice standing up to you. Encourage them to use assertive language and body language to assert their boundaries.
Activity 2: Draw and Talk - Have your child draw a picture of a bully and themselves standing up to them. Discuss the drawing and ask them how they would handle the situation in real life.
Activity 3: Story Time - Read a book about standing up to bullies together. Pause at certain points to ask your child how they would handle the situations faced by the characters.
