Materials and Prep

Activities
Activity 1: Idea Brainstorming
Encourage the student to think about their interests, hobbies, or things that inspire them. Have them write down a list of ideas or make quick sketches related to these interests.
Activity 2: Visual Research
Ask the student to find visual references that relate to their ideas. They can look for images, photographs, or artworks that capture the essence of their interests. They can create a collage or a mood board using these references.
Activity 3: Artmaking
Based on their brainstorming and visual research, have the student create an artwork that represents their ideas and interests. They can use any art technique or style they prefer, such as drawing, painting, or mixed media.
