3. Healthy Snack Break: Learn about different healthy snacks and make a nutritious snack together.

4. Safety Scavenger Hunt: Identify safe and unsafe items in your environment and discuss why they are important for your health and safety.

Talking Points

  • Remember to always drink water and stay hydrated during physical activities. Say, "Water helps keep our bodies healthy and strong."
  • Listen to your body and take breaks when you need to. Say, "Our bodies tell us when we need to rest, and it's important to listen."
  • Ask for help if you're unsure about something or if you feel unsafe. Say, "It's okay to ask for help to make sure we are safe."
