Materials and Prep

No prior knowledge needed, just come with a positive attitude and ready to have fun!
Activities
- Obstacle Course: Set up a course using pillows, chairs, and other household items. Crawl under tables, jump over pillows, and balance on a line.
- Dance Party: Put on your favorite music and dance around the room. Try out different dance moves and have a blast!
- Animal Imitations: Move like different animals - hop like a bunny, walk like a crab, and slither like a snake. Have fun exploring different movements!
- Simon Says: Play a game of Simon Says where you can incorporate physical movements like jumping, spinning, and stretching.
