3. Dance and Draw: Move to the music while drawing lines and shapes that represent your movements on paper.
Talking Points
- Music can make us feel different emotions. When we hear fast music, we might feel excited, and slow music might make us feel calm. Remember, it's okay to feel different things when listening to music.
- Each musical instrument has a unique sound. The piano sounds different from the guitar. Can you draw what you think a piano looks like based on the sounds it makes?
- Art can be inspired by anything around us, including music. Just like musicians create melodies, you can create art that represents the music you hear.
- When we move to music, our bodies create shapes and lines in the air. Try to capture those movements on paper by drawing as you dance. It's like creating a visual dance!
