Activities
1. Warm-up Dance: Put on your favorite music and dance freely for 5 minutes to warm up your body.
2. Emotion Dance: Choose an emotion (happy, sad, excited) and express it through dance movements. Think about how your body can show that emotion.
3. Storytelling Dance: Create a short story in your mind and use dance movements to tell that story without speaking. Let your movements convey the characters and plot.
