Activities
Warm-up: Start with a 5-minute jog in place or jumping jacks to get the body moving.
Obstacle Course: Create a simple obstacle course using household items like chairs to crawl under, pillows to jump over, and a rope to walk along. Time Shawn as he completes the course and encourage him to beat his own time.
Dance Party: Play some upbeat music and have a dance party for 10-15 minutes. Encourage Shawn to move freely and have fun!
Cool Down: Finish the lesson with some gentle stretching exercises to help Shawn relax his muscles.
