Activities
Draw a picture of yourself doing a physical activity you enjoy, like running or playing a sport. Discuss why physical activity is important for health.
Go outside and practice some basic safety rules, such as looking both ways before crossing the street or wearing a helmet while biking.
Create a poster with tips on how to stay healthy, like eating fruits and vegetables, drinking water, and getting enough sleep.
Role-play different scenarios where you have to make a decision about health and safety. Discuss the best choices together.
